Why should I use a Public Adjuster?
We are contacted by many different consumers for extremely different reasons. Almost in every case, the initial reason we were contacted becomes a minute point in the claim. Examples:
A Client contacted us due to a dispute with their insurer on a tile roof. The insurer wanted to repair and the insured felt a new roof was required and he was owed $53,000. Neither the insurer's adjuster nor the insured had addressed all the damages suffered. We resolved the claim for $324,000 gaining recovery for the replacement roof and the interior damages suffered.
In a current claim, the insured contacted us as a result of the insurer's preferred contractor provided them an estimate for $60,000 to make repairs for a fire suffered. In the contractors estimate, it was cited that the electrical wires could not be repaired (spliced) and new wiring had to be installed. Our investigation found repairs started to be in disregard for the insurers preferred contractors own estimate; as he had installed a junction box. When we had the local building department investigate, they found the repairs improper. The insurer has currently paid $230,000 toward the repairs and there is another $50,000 in dwelling damages we are seeking.
Are all Public Adjusters created equal?
All Public Adjusters are not created equal. As a result of our principals own losses and dissatisfactions encountered in retaining Public Adjusting services, he became a Public Adjuster and our company is founded to provide the best possible service for each individual client.
Why should you consider Insurance Assurance Inc. your Public Adjuster?
Our Integrity, Honesty, Professionalism and Experience = Prompt Resolution and maximum recovery of your claim.
What qualifications are you looking for in a Public Adjuster?
We deal with contractors all the time that have worked with the insurer for years and state items are not owed, but we get them paid when we point out the coverage’s provided by the policy. Just because they learned it wrong doesn’t mean they are right. Does that Public Adjuster who knocks on your door and says he is experienced as he worked for insurers for years as an adjuster prior to becoming a Public Adjuster know?
WE DO. Get what you are owed and not what the insurer wants to pay.
We work for you not, the insurer.
Conscientious Public Adjusters can make a tremendous difference in the amount and quality of a policyholder's settlement. We know the insurance business and are familiar with all procedures and also work hard to get Maximum recovery for our clients. Client’s satisfaction is one of our primary goals.
